Shipping Options
HQDPods.com offers FREE shipping on all orders. We will ship the item within 1-2 days and it can take up to 3-5 business days for shipping. We also offer expedited shipping for $5.95 flat fee (additional charges may apply for international shipping). If you would like next day shipping, it will be a flat fee of $12.95. All orders are shipped via USPS and you will be provided a tracking number once shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the address is correct, including any apartment number needed. Failure to provide this may result in a delay in your order and additional costs.
Returns
We will gladly assist you with a refund or any issues that you may have with your order. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund. In order to receive a refund, your product must be unused.
